Our mission is to foster happier, healthier childhoods by providing trauma-informed support and experiences that help children feel seen, valued, connected, and worthy of joy—while reminding foster families that they are not alone.

Fostering Child Happiness Foundation is dedicated to nurturing the emotional well-being and happiness of children and families impacted by foster care. We believe that every child deserves to feel safe, valued, included, and supported—especially during times of transition, uncertainty, and adversity.
Through trauma-informed programs and compassionate community support, we provide children with meaningful opportunities to experience belonging, joy, stability, connection, and hope. From ensuring a child has the same school supplies as their peers, to bringing joy during the holidays and spring season, creating opportunities for adventure and friendship, and providing essential items when a child first enters foster care, our programs are designed to meet both practical needs and the deeper emotional needs of children and the families who care for them.
We understand that small moments of kindness can have a lasting impact. A backpack can build confidence. A holiday gift can communicate love. A spring basket can bring hope. A day at camp can create connection and belonging. A bag of essentials can help a child feel welcomed and cared for during one of the most difficult transitions of their life.
Fostering Child Happiness is a 501 (c)(3) Non Profit. All donations are 100% tax deductible.

Our History
Our journey began just before the holidays, when our founders welcomed their very first foster placement. The children arrived with nothing but the clothes on their backs. In that moment, friends and family rallied together, filling the home with clothing, personal items, and heartfelt gifts. The love and generosity poured in were overwhelming — and life-changing. It was then the founders realized this wasn’t just about helping one child or one family. It was about creating a community of hope, support, and happiness for youth in care everywhere.
OUR TEAM
Our team has been offering support to children in foster care and the foster community since 2013. As our team has grown, we have expanded our resources to helping more youth in care and the community that support them.
